Chow started with a simple problem: between long workdays, Lagos traffic and the demands of everyday life, finding a wholesome, satisfying meal shouldn't be another struggle.

As a pharmacist, our founder knew the importance of nourishing the body. But she also knew what it felt like to be too busy to eat well. That experience sparked an idea: what if good food could be fresh, balanced, exciting and ready in minutes?

And so, Chow Noodle Bar was born.

Inspired by the bold flavours of Asia and made for the rhythm of life in Lagos, we create delicious rice, noodles and more, freshly prepared and served in boxes of happiness. Every box brings together vibrant flavours, generous ingredients and the freedom to **Chow Your Way**.
